Comprehensive Programming
We understand that each child or adolescent who comes to us for treatment has their own set of skills, strengths, needs, and concerns, which is why we feel strongly that all treatment plans should be entirely customized to ensure that each patient obtains the most comprehensive care possible.
To determine the most appropriate plan of treatment, all patients take part in a thorough evaluation to better identify the specific needs and concerns that should be managed throughout their time in treatment. At the time of this evaluation, it is also decided what services are best suited for the individual so that they can reach their greatest potential.
The residential treatment environment at Village Behavioral Health provides children and adolescents with security and structure, as well as round-the-clock care and supervision.
Nova Program for Children
At Village Behavioral Health, we offer residential care specifically for children ages 10-13. In the Nova Program, children have the chance to participate in daily group therapy sessions, where they can learn about healthy coping skills, communication skills, substance use prevention, and more. We also provide weekly individual and family therapy sessions.
