Director of Business Development
LaDonna has 20+ years experience in the Behavioral Health field working in acute care, residential, and outpatient settings. She received her degree from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and started her career in an acute care setting. She went on to help build several behavioral health companies before spending the last 15 years with Acadia Healthcare and the last 5 with Village Behavioral Health as the Director of Business Development. She is a native East Tennessean and enjoys spending time on the lake with her family.
