Jim Chamberlain MS, CPHRM, MBA
Chief Compliance Officer
Jim has over 32 years of experience in the field, including residential, outpatient and inpatient facilities in a variety of roles. Jim had a previous stint at the Village from 1990 through 1998 as a Program Director and has extensive knowledge of the history of the program. Jim returned to the Village in October 2020 and currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer.
Jim has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, a Masters’ degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Professional Healthcare Risk Manager.
When away from work Jim enjoys spending time with his family, especially his twin grandsons, and serving the community as a youth baseball umpire.
