Chris Shields, MS
Chief Executive Officer
Chris has over 10 years of experience in the field, which includes stints in the juvenile court system, as well as direct care and leadership roles in residential and outpatient facilities working exclusively with at risk youth. Prior to taking on the role as CEO in October 2021, Chris returned to the Village at the end of 2020 as the Chief Operating Officer overseeing Residential, Clinical, and Educational services. Chris has a Bachelors’ of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology and Masters’ degrees in Interdisciplinary Studies and Criminology.
